Tammy, she is blessed to have people in her life that care for her as much as you do - is there anything more important than that?
My Grandma lived with us for just under a year when she passed away. She had gotten to where she wouldn't eve know us 2/3 of the time - it was so sad to see this strong, amazing women deteriate right before our eyes. What made it even harder is that we had our MVA when she had been here only 3 weeks! So, here we were in pain trying to care for ourselves, our 4 kids and her - indeed a VERY trying time!!
But, what I want to tell you is how many times we would be heading home (from Doctors, restaurants, whatever) and she would start looking for her keys - she of course had lived 2 states away and we were heading toward MY house

She was very confused a lot of the time. Anyway, what would happen (especially toward the end) is she would start crying. I would ask her what was wrong and she would say she didn't want to go home, she was lonely there, she wanted to stay longer with us. We would tell her she was staying with us and she had her own room and bathroom (this was important) and we wanted her there forever. She would stop crying and say how blessed she was but really it worked both ways! It just brings home the fact that having people around you that love you is the best medicine!

who knows you and your Aunt are blessings to each other
