This is a topic that has been discussed and answered many times. Please reread the post and see if you can use the info giving you. Repeteing the questions that have been asked will only make people on the board start to ignor the question. Everyone here trys to help but they do not want to answer the same questions over and over. Thank you for listening

I have the option of suing the person who injured me. I feel concerned though
because this guy has my address(accident report, etc). Is this reasonable to
any of you? I would have to sue for $200,000 since my injuries are significant
and my lawyer asked for more in the demand packet. It turns out the other person
only had $25,000 and I have only $50,000. After law fees and medical, I won't be
able to recover lost wages, pain&suffer and future medical(MOST VITAL).
My attorney said I can sue this guy, but I have reservations. I also wonder about
legal fees.

DID ANY OF YOU EVER HAVE THIS PROBLEM or issue?????

PLEASE RESPOND>

it's bad enuff to suffer constant pain. Then to have your lawyer tell you,
the little bit he got you will barely pay bills. He get's his part,
but then I get nothing. And worse! I'm still in pain!!!!!!!!!! It's so unfair.
how can it keep getting so bad to worse?????

I want to pay my bills, but my family needs them money too. I, weve suffered!
I've lost most of my income due to loss of work. CAN I DEMAND THE Law firm let
me pay my own bills???? can I make payments? I sent my lawyer an e mail tonight
and told him. I NEED Any money I can get. I'm so borrowed out from family&friends..

any help would be so so appreciated
Pearly

I do believe what CAA is saying is that these are questions that have been asked over and over and sometimes by the same person. And most of these questions have all been answered fairly recently.

This board is a support group. Not a research group to find the answers for you.

It would be greatly appreciated if people would take the time to use the search feature on this site and will be bring up everything related to your question.
