Found the loophole and got my Medicaid back!!!!!

The welfare office in Washington FINALLY figured out that I wasn't suppose to lose Medicaid in the first place. It has to do with Section 1634 of Social Security Act which basicallly states that certain groups of people who lost SSI because of a specific mandatory SSA rule (forced to apply for another program) are "deemed" to be receiving SSI. I fell under that rule!

Oh yeah,, in my rambling, I forgot to add that my coverage is retroactive back to the day they cut me off. Now all my bills since then are being paid!
