Hi all, I see we still got some problems here huh? My lawyer is waiting for report from IME...insurance lawyer pulled another dirty trick you could say...hopefully that report will be in soon, Am I ever nerve wrecked, so much bull crap!!! I just sit and WAIT day in and day out, not having any control over this is what upsets me the most!!!

By the sounds of things, this may not be settled any time soon, just wait for the IME, thats about it!

Did you know I almost forgot my birthday last month...my son reminded me later that day, lol. Oh well, hubby bought me home nice roses and my parents remembered my birthday, well it turned out great any way!

On a happier note, here is a pic of my boys and santa, it was taken on Saturday! Aren't they adorable?

hi! yeah they sure look happy! That was hubby's Christmas party for the kids at work...AW is very good when it comes to children, they rent the Forum and hire a company called Glow Productions it is sort of like an indoor exhibiton, older boy won some stuffed animals. The best part is it is all FREE for the kids, including the food and drinks, then it is topped off with Santa arriving and giving presents to all the children...the extra gifts that santa has leftover, goes to children's charity.

Gosh it's done up so beautiful, I think the parents enjoy it more than the children, lol!

Oh yeah, my big guy is 12, he'll be 13 this summer! That is impossible to believe, he's got the start of a tiny moustache! He'll always be a baby to me tho, lol. If I can help it they will KNOW that there is a Santa Claus as long as I am alive! He's all around us isn't he? See, I'm still a child myself.

I had an appointment with my family doctor and my lawyer
I believe I had told this story before .. and it may seem familiar

I suffer whole body pain 24/7
depression
PTSD
and then some

It was only when I had to deal with FRAUD AND FORGERY
that my depression PTSD and PAIN DOUBLED

LIke a spinning top that never stopped as it continues today .

any ways .. back to dealing with the fraud forgery causes me wayyyyyyyyyyyyyyy toooooooooooooo much grief never mind the medical issues on top

In the doctors office that day with my lawyer

my family doctor spoke up on my behalf and said to me.

Ruth , " if I could tell my patients ' NOT TO SUE " for damages ... pain and suffering etc. I would.
You would get better care through your medical benefits

Now you are worse than ever .. as I do believe the hassles you go through with the insurance companies
desparately need of treatment RUINS A PERSON whole being .

and it shows and proves what I am saying .


I was a mess Annie ..... at this appt.
A genuine mess fighting for my rights


When my doctor said this to me... .. yah should have seen my lawyers face.

Chalk one up for my doctor ...
He knows what he is talking about .

sad but true.


I love him for this ..... as it validated my position at the time.


Remember this Annie .......
We have to sue .... because of our serious injuriees and how our lives have changed drastically ...

I honestly believe if the insurance companies did not mess with our legal rights of medical benefits .and treatmeant

that we are legally entitled to


Just then maybe we all would have had a chance to recover ...

but when push comes to shove ..


they expect yah all to be healed magically within months

I know how far they can sink us ... I've been there many times along with you all ...

and its this forum that saved me ... kept me sane through it all ....

Oh my Annie, I can't believe how big your boys have gotten. I think this is the first picture I've seen of them since the camping trip they went on.


Oh Red my friend, I'm so sorry that you and Annie too have been dragged through the mud. But its because of you both that I continue to stand my ground. I will not let th inurance companies try to brush this all under the rug.
Stay strong because better days have got to eventually come our way!
