This is yet another stressful day, also a big day...this is the day ins lawyer goes before judge...so i am awaiting a phone call...so very nervous...depending on the outcome, I'll post here or e mail my buddies...so nervewrecking.
Thank you, CAA, I knew I could count on you...well, I just received an email and tthe meeting with the judge was cancelled, email didnt say who cancelled it but more or less this...it it postponed until next month, lawyers are in the process of having a settlement conference so we dont have to meet judge next month...my lawyer said he'd let me know when the conference was going to take place...I'm thinking that is pretty good news, maybe this might be over with by next month...i hope so!!!

Thanks oz and sickandtired...oz it is terrible the long drawn out process! I wish it did get rid of the injuries...I just can't wait to get my botox again...that will be the first expenditure of mine!!! Hubby says hi and the boys still think its cool that you live so far away...I remember little guy said cool when I told him you lived down under...right after cool he frowns and says under where? Aren't kids just the cutest, LOL! gentle hugs my friend!
Sickandtired, thank you too, it may soon be over, the suit that is, like i said I can start my botox again then!!! You got that right about my near crash experience! I was very surprised that I didn't panic and grab the brakes!!! That is what I was always scared that i would do! But I didn't, just went with the flow and peed a little too,lol! The next best thing I could do was, get right back on that horse and finish the drive! I dont think i would be driving for a long while after that...but i even went out the next nite again for a drive. You take care too buddy...I'll keep you guys posted.
