my daughter took me out for my birthday lunch today and we were just talking and laughing and she says well mom, you're lucky 54 today right? and I innocently told her no, not yet; I'm 53. Well, we sat there and figured my birthdate was 1954 so I was 54 today not 53.
Well, that wouldn't have been a big deal if it had ended at that. I told her that I had obviously convinced myself for another year that I was 52. I put it on all my emails, passcodes, filling out doctor forms or any forms--I put that I was 52 but I really was 53.
On my hospital records that came home with me a few weeks ago had it typed in that I was 53 and I got irritated bcz I thought they had made a mistake. But, really they hadn't. I wasn't lying about it; I guess this has been a rougher year than I thought, lol.
