LOL, I've got to first say look! I put my name in the right spot this time.
Anyway, one of our neighbors the next road down stopped in this morning to let us know that a couple of different vehicles have been parking at the end of the road and videotaping my kids outside in our yard.
So hubby called the state police to see what could be done. They are treating it as a possbile sexual offender case until proven otherwise. But the trooper said that more than likely its an insurance investigator.
It just ticks me off to no end. You want to tape me then tape me. Stop taping my children. They weren't even in the car when I got hit!
Dang Smurfie,
I think I would be out there with a camera of my own right in their faces. And if they asked why I would tell them it is just insurance!!!
If ANYTHING goes wrong on the street here, we have a place to start looking!! The way things are in the world today fliming someone else's children at play is about the stupidest thing anyone could do!!!
I can't believe that person is so brazen to take photos of you right out in the open. Usually insurance adjusters try to get pix of you driving your car (if your'r not supposed to drive) or how you get around and if you use assistive devices to get around.
I would approach this person and tell them to stop videoing your kids. That the police suspect he may be a molester for him to photo your kids.
Good luck, I wish I could give you better advise. I always worried about adjusters watching me so every thing I told the insurance adjusters, I stuck by.
One set of investigators ran me off the road in front of the cops. The cops deleted their digital camera. Another set I reported as stalkers and trespassing....the police got rid of them. I would call the police if anyone was videoing my children and lay charges
