Happy New Year!

December 31 2008, 8:16 PM

Hi CAA & Tammy! Happy New Year to you and to All!

I've just seen the new year in from the deck of a vehicle barge that we hired for a party. No cars - only people! My friends and I had our camp chairs and a card table, ice & food & drink - wonderful luxury! About 200 of us cruised on Moreton Bay, which is a lovely sheltered bay near Queensland's capital city, Brisbane. We watched the fireworks around the city from the deck as the new year was ushered in, underneath the "milky way" (we could see the big & little dippers and the Southern cross)in 30degrees celsius(over 90F)heat.

Let's hope that personally and globally 2009 is a great year for us all! Here's to better health and the hope of a brighter future!

Love & Light!

Sorry Oz....that one didn't work for me. I hope your New Year brings you better health and happiness.

I miss talking to all my friends here. Looks like people are having less problems with whiplash and other injuries. That's good.

Love and gentle hugs. Tammy

Hey Oz

January 7 2009, 9:06 PM

I'm alittle late in responding to your cute links. The first one about Santa surprised me too. I had forgot it's still summer there in Australia. The second one was so informative. I think I may have learned something from that one, lol.

Hope everyone's Christmas was good and you all have a peaceful & pain-free New Year.

Love to all,
donna
