The Broward Sheriff's Office said the remains were found Saturday by two fishermen at a boat ramp on Interstate 75 near mile marker 37.

This would not be the first time this has happened. Several years ago I was there when a womens body was found in a floating TV box wraped with duck tape.

Internet providers sometimes use the same IP adress for a whole sector, could be 10-1000 people on that IP adress but chances are if they have the same IP they live close to you Marv
