| I have heard that the Solid Waste Management Authority wants to build a landfill on the NW side of Lox next to the L-7 canal. If any of you guys that fish Lox are opposed to fishing next to this stinking mess you might want to contact the authority and voice your opinions.

Who did you hear this from..The only available land is on the south side of Lox road,and I doubt if the homeowners in Parkland and Boca will stand for it...lots of political muscle there.

He is talking about the NW corner of the refuge, not LOX Rd.

I didnt know there is a road to get there..(the NW corner) I would assume its private property..as Lox is a Federal Refuge
Wait till Parkland finds out..

Access would be from Southern Blvd, about 20 miles from Parkland.
