Hi Guys,

I'm headed to the lake the 1st week of Jan. north end, i fished there last week w/out much sucess, fished the kiss. river from top to bottom, fished top water,crankbait,c/rig,speedworm,trap,jerkbait,buzzbait and ect. ect..
The water is low, mabe it just wasn't my day. anyone got any suggestions???

Also hows the fishing out in front of indian parie? how close can i get to the shore?? are the locks opening? i'm thinking of fishing taylor creek area.
last but not least has anyone fished the public dock area between taylor creek and the kiss. river?? can i even get to it??

Any info. would be very helpful, i know you guys have some input, so please post back.

North end by Taylor Creek is slow , Moore Heaven and Clewiston have a few big bedders . cross the lake if you dare !

Believe the locks @ Taylor Creek are closed and not operating for the time being. You can launch in the creek right across the bridge on 441 lake side. Steep ramp but ok.... Outside grass line at Indian Praire doesn't have enough water. Fish can be caught in the canal, but we didn't catch anything of size. Bite has been good down at J&S also. Good luck...
