i went to lox yesterday and caught 15 bass out in the weed heads in front of the ramp. We were out there only an hour and a half, on senkoes and flukes. Biggest one 4lbs but most of them were 1 to 2lb. this was at 4:30pm to 6.

Chris, thanks for the report on Lox. However, I am not sure what you mean by weed heads? Can you please clarify that for me? Are you referring to the sawgrass or reeds out in the flats? Or the reeds in the canal where the boat ramp is? Is this near the Lox rd ramp or the main rd ramp?

go around the no wake marker and go straight to that point and fish west or run down a couple miles and fish back towards the ramp. Not in the flats just outside of the flats
