| Marv,
It will be approximately 1 ½ months to complete the work. As you probably know, you can use the ramp at the Stub Canal access area (on US-27) about 6 miles north of I-75.
Good luck,
Jon

Who is responsible for the road leading up to the ramp? It is as bad or worse than the ramp. |

SOMEONE ONCE MENTIONED TO ME THAT THAT WHOLE AREA AT SAWGRASS IS OWNED BY BROWARD COUNTY..AND I THINK THEY SAID THE BOARD OF EDUCATION.
THAT IS WHY I QUESTIONED THE TIME LINE FROM THENPERSON IN THE BAIT SHOP..THE RAMP MAY BE FINISHED..BUT WHAT ABOUT THE ROADWAY? |

Jeff; That road has been torn up and bad for at least 8 years..they put patches in every so often but it doesnt help.Kinda reminds me of the potholes in Chicago after a winter. |

some people will biatch about anything. A pot hole here and there is fine, I will take it the way it is. With the way the economy is, watch and see how things go, don;t forget, when Clinton and congree could not agree on a budget they locked the gates at LOX, bet you wont be biatching about potholes then. |

danny,
Sawgrass is owned by broward county. With what we pay as property owners in broward county it would be nice to not have to be concerned about my boat trailer falling into a pot hole, and causing damage. That is all i am trying to say.(high property taxes= something in return for the residents) |
