I WANT TO THANK THE HARD CORE EVERGLADES ANGLERS FOR SHOWING UP. I KNOW WE LOST SOME BOATS TO THE GAMBLER TOURNAMENT BUT THAT IS OK ALL FOR A GOOD CAUSE.

where did the rest of the cheaters, i mean suckers, i mean donators, or i mean fishermen finish?

wonder how many boats didn't answer to the roll-call. if you don't answer to the roll call you should be disqualified. there where alot of boats that left way before the roll call. some boats put in at the last ramp, don't really think i saw many of them come back to the main ramp.

If you and your boat are not in the water when your number is called you should be disqualified also!

can you atleast post the top 5?

There were 2 other club tournaments going on. i did not see anyone from Luke's tourney leave early.

looking at the last 10 tournaments the 1st and 2nd place teams have gone back and forth week after week they must be real good anglers to do this ? at least 3rd thru fifth are all new do they win anything in these tournaments ?

THE TOP FIVE TEAMS SPEND A LOT OF TIME ON THE WATER. BUT I CAN TELL YOU BEFORE THE DAY IS OVER THEY MAKE VERY LITTLE MONEY. GAS,BAITS,BOAT,INS ITS ALL FOR FUN AND WE NEED TO KEEP IT THAT WAY. SOME OF US CANT SPEND A LOT OF TIME PREFISHING. I WORK WITH STEVE AT GAMBLER ON WENSDAYS HE HELPS A FEW GUYS OUT AS WELL. I AM NOT TRYING TO DEFEND THESE GUYS BUT THEY ARE SPENDING TIME ON THE WATER AND THAT IS WHAT IT TAKES.

Hey Luke, I am hoping to get some information on Holiday Park from some of the anglers that fish down there. I belong to a small club based out of west palm and our next tournament is out at the park next month July.....so needless to say I will be getting down there the weekend before and prefish a little bit.....but having some info would be nice.....by the way try not to let the negative BS get under your skin.....maybe try splitting the tournaments up between pro and amatuer if you have enough boats and make the pro class kick in a little more entry fee for their class....just a thought .....seems like you know who there has a shot at the money all the time.....hope to hear from you later

I guess (or I know) most of the people whining about why some people win over and over, never visit "The Park"...Why does John Pate and Steve win all the time??????? I go to the park quite a bit and it's a rare occasion that I dont see that blue and white bumble bee sittin in the middle of a canal somwhere. I see steve there almost as much. Both on week days and weekends. every timeI see john pate he says "hello, this is what we caught, this is what we caught them on" Johns a great guy and could probablly do better if he wanted to be more selfish. Look, if you went bowling or golfing 7 days a week, you'd do pretty well also. You cant change the format of opens to suit the "cry babies"...Thats what clubs are for..some clubs have guides and semi pros in them and some keep them out.

Funny...I see alot of other guys out there every day also. Great fisherman. They fish every week, are always in the top 5 or 10.....but for some reason can NEVER seem to get 1st place.....just odd that some people NEVER have a bad day. Im not accusing, just things that make you say HHMMMMMMM
