I have started a forum through Tom's web site for any of you guys that don't want the negativity as seen here on this site. There is a place for posting your tournaments, product reviews, fishing reports or just to shoot the breeze. We are just now getting it going, but it is monitored and you WILL NOT have posts hidden behind some secret name.
You do have to register and be approved though, so if you like posting without logging in, it will not be for you.

Fished Lox Sunday, out of 34 people only 1 fish over 5 lbs caught, the water came up and the fish shut off, tough bite caught small fish in the 1-4lb range in the canals the flats had no good fish and they were very spooked, would not eat.

Every had a bad weekend of fishing that is probabaly why no one wanted to report.

Glad to see I didn't miss much by not going out this past weekend. All this rain apparently is shutting the fish down. With the water as high as it is everywhere the fish are all scattered.

Roy, did you guys hold a tourney out at Lox? I thought they don't allow them there? Or do you just get approval first? Did you find any current at Lox? I wonder if the locks are flowing right now and if so, are the fish stacking up in there?

We had a 1 big fish tourny, you are allowed to do that as long as no payout is over $1600 due to tax reasons and that some portion goes to a non-profit orginization ($2 per entry),
if not money cannot be exchanged on any federal property.
This what we were told by fwc.

The water was moving and a few people were fishing by the locks and on points, I seemed to find them on very small points in the grass in the canals, I caught quit a few but my biggest was only around 4lbs.
