Hi...
Please could you help me... I have thousands of little bugs in my kitchen... especially around the sink, they are as small as a grain of sand,and are white.
I took a sample of these bugs to the Environmental Health Office and they told me these bugs were mites, but they were not sure what kind of mite. Does anyone have any ideas what these are and how I can get rid of them?

Contact you local Pest Control Company (with a good reputation) and ask for a free inspection. I would hghly recommend Orkin Pest Control.
If you have birds nesting around your house they could be bird mites of if they are concentrated in your kitchen check all your flour, cereal, etc. packages.
