OK Kult?

You said that OK Kult is some kind of magic sourcebook, can you be more specific. Does it contain new spells, expands information about how to use magic (like the Art of Dreaming), has information about the Dark Art? Is it a sortened version of the conjurers' guides or expands upon them?
