Paradox / 7th Circle

Hmm... According to Paradox Entertainment, they own the rights to Kult:

If I'm not mistaken they were the ones who sold the rights to 7th Circle a few years back? Has it been sold back - or (more likely) has Paradox not removed Kult from their products- and copyright-portfolio?
