Your idea is good, while I don't think we have to sell conversion sprues without a box - such sets can't be placed on shop shelves as nobody will see them there, hard to store (sprues without box can be damaged) and will look loke a "mud in a gold".

As for the moulds: Yes, most of the molds are conservated and can be used again, but as long as interest to model became low, we have to decide how long we have to wait until reissue and/ or to reissue kit or not.
