Alexey

Thanks for clarifying the markings and I'm really pleased that an Indonesian version is an option. Indonesian armed forces have great camouflage patterns and an interesting range of AFVs in terms of country of origin and date of manufacture.

However, some quick research has shown up a couple of issues if an Indonesian PT-76 with the camouflage pattern in the instructions is to be modelled. I understand all Indonesian naval PT-76s have been upgraded (PT-76/2000?) with the Cockerill 76mm gun and the turret hatch hinged at the rear. The turret hatch is easy to fix but the Cockerill gun may take a bit of work.

Perhaps you could consider providing an alternative gun when the PT-76 kit requires re-working. Until then, I'll have a go at scratchbuilding the Cockerill gun.

Regards

David

Hi David,

Check photos on PT-76 page and You'll see that there are TWO photos of Indonesian PT-76 (one have turret hatch hinged at the rear and the other one hinged at the front). Probably the gun is still Soviet.
By the way on a photo in a water there is a BTR-50 as well (Just an idea).

Sincerely Alexey.
