I watched the "Hunter" movie this evening and saw the credit to Charles. I was not sure who he was. I have seen him in many movies and television shows. I am sorry to hear of the loss. I hope his family is doing well.

I was so surprised that he's been dead for so long. It really shocked me. I wondered why he didn't make an appearance in the movie.

I just looked up his picture and first thought "he's dead?!?"..i remember seeing him in a few movies and I didnt even know he died. Last I remember seeing him was in Dante's Peak on the USA network a couple months ago..that sucks.

I was also shocked at the end of the show when the tribute showed during the credits. I did not hear when he passed back in 1997.

I always enjoyed his work and I once met him. It was during at Dodger game in 1993 when LA played The Phillies. He was a nice guy.

He will be missed.

I watch the “Hunter Return to Justice” tonight on NBC and I saw the special tribute to Charles Hallahan. I didn’t knew he passed away til now when I seen. I remember Charles when he was guest star on MASH and Happy Days and land the role of Captain Charles Devane on Hunter from 1986 to 1991 with Fred Dryer and Stepfanie Kramer. I’m sorry to hear to loss and I hope his family and cast and crew of Hunter is doing well and Thanks to Fred and Stepfanie for a special tribute to him.

Watching the recent Hunter movie, I noticed Charles was missing. I did not know he had past until the end credits. He will be sadly missed by all of his fans, especially to the millons of dedicated "Hunter fans".
