Change is in the air!

The word is out we are no longer an IHRA track and this is true. This is not a decision that we entered into without much time and consideration. Looking out for the best interest of the track, the racers, the sponsors and spectators as well as motorsports in general we decided to leave IHRA. We are sharing this information with you as soon as we possibly could by following legal and business obligations we had.

We are very excited about the change. Racers and their best interest are always at the top of our priority list. We feel this is the best decision for the racers as well as all of our customers at this time.

We have plans in the works for our new venture but not to worry we will be announcing our new sanctioning next week.

Big 3 ?

That message made no sense at all. It doesn't matter if it's IHRA or NHRA. You still had the Big 3. Maybe NHRA makes the Big 3 better? What ever.

Licenses and Certs?

March 22 2009, 5:20 PM

Wondering if you'll be accepting IHRA licenses and Chassis Certs for occasional drivers? If not, are you planning to have a Chassis certification Day at track or somewhere as most cars racing at milan will need new Certs and licenses. Paul

Do the right thing

I am sure Bill and the gang will do the right thing. I have known Bill for 25 years and he wants only what is best for the drag racers.
