We had a great trip to the Pahsimeroi side of the Lost Rivers last weekend. After the long drive in, we made camp the first night at Lk 9682’. The next morning, I climbed the north face of Mount Church, while Nick and Nate climbed No Regret, and Ken explored around the lake.

We had some visitors waiting for us back at camp:
Then we hike back to the car, and drove over to the West Fork Trailhead, and made our way to Merriam Lake for the second night. It was a stunning setting (to say the least):
For the last night we hiked up towards Pass Lake, and saw this elk along the way:

The next morning, we high-tailed it back to the trailhead, since the weather was look pretty ominous:
