Jason, thanks for the information - very interesting about your Dad, I bet he had some interesting stories from the area. My first trip to Crimson and associated lakes was last year and I loved the area. (BTW I left a box of dry flies at the upper lake if anyone visits otherwise I'm headed back to get them)
As a result, I was thinking about heading in to the Tango Lakes in a couple weeks. It looked like the best route was to traverse over from the Crimson trail to the Southernmost Tango lake. I'd appreciate any thoughts you had on this - or of the area in general. I'd like to pick your brain some as it seems you know the area very well.
