Attempted Borah on 6/9 (Sat). Weather was great until around 9 AM, 30 degrees F, our high point was just at the top/start of chicken out (~11,500)...weather deteriorated from here, 4-6 inches unconsolidated snow on ridge, crampons and ice axe were no good. Major weather system moved in, and we descended in white out conditions all the way to the tree line...heavy snow fall all the way down to roughly 8500 feet.
