I was going to suggest a sign at the trailhead. Maybe contact BLM? I agree to educate the public is the only solution. a sign at the trailhead would prevent COR and saddle trundling as well, for those that don't make the summit. we really don't want it anywhere on the mountain and I would be concerned the sign would disappear from the summit since things seem to be disappearing from summits.the trailhead signage would be easier to keep up with. I would also suggest seeing (at least for se idaho) articles in the newspapers about the problem. I am glad you guys are okay. It's gotten way outta control....
