For those ladies using Quest Diagnostics for b/w please carefully check your bills{m}

Just an FYI....I've been using Quest Diagnostics for b/w here in Dallas for the last 4 months since I'm a Check chick. Now not all locations may be like this.
I am very fortunate that my insurance is covering b/w. Last week I started checking my bills against my summary of benefits from Cigna. In some cases, Quest charged me the correct co-pay. But in some cases I was overcharged by as much as $30. In other cases, even though I had a tracking number for payment and the charges show on my Amex, I was double billed & quest has no record of payment. All together, the excess charges amount to almost $200.
Since I have to pay for everything else out of pocket, this is a huge amount. Heck, it is a huge amount even if insurance paid for everything.
So please, if you use a local blood lab, carefully check your bills.
