Would you get a second opinion?

by

I just got back from my RE, who informed me that with my high FSH and my response to Clomid that I pretty much only have 10% chance of getting pregnant and that would only be through In-vitro. I am in favor of trying IVF even with the 10% chance and not even attempting injectibles.

He felt, and I sort of agree, that it would useless to put me on injectibles, since my chances of getting pregnant are slim to none. I only agree because I've seen what the hormones can do to a woman.

He did say I was an excellent candidate for DE but that was at the end of the appointment, and after I asked if the IVF doesn't work would DE.

My question is would you go and get a second opinion?

I am not to upset about this. Its sort of a relief. If we do go this route, I can stop charting and driving myself crazy and get back to BDing with my DH just for fun!
