I have three healthy teenage sons. I remarried in 2004 and we conceived right away. Our son, Jordan, was born in March of 2005 but was diagnosed with Trisomy 18 and died 32 hours later. Three months later I was pregnant again, our son Joshua died of Down's Syndrome in the second trimester. I conceived again just three months later, and then had an early m/c at five weeks. That was November of 2005. After that we kept trying every month, and didn't conceive for eight months, and that time had a m/c at five weeks. Then went back to ttc for four months. We have had three cycles with Clomid. And I take Prometrium during the second half of the cycle. My doctor ordered the Clomid challenge test this month and my 3 day FSH was good, but my ten day was 25.8!
The day after my ten day blood draw I had a horrible UTI, could an infection change the results of the test?
Are there things I can be doing to fix this? My doc is going to consult with an RE over the phone (the nearest RE is five hours away). I am so discouraged. After our four losses, I never thought this was going to happen, that even conception will be hard.
