Hi. I am going through the exact same thing as you. I am 25 years old, have no children, have only my left ovary and have both of my fallopian tubes, both the left one is blocked (did an HSG)I am going to do a salpingography and a fallopian tube recanalization. My highest FSH was 23.7 and my anti-mullerian hormone test came back low 0.08. I was refused by my first RE for IVF, and was told to do donor eggs. Me and my husband were crushed and shocked. He have only been trying for one year. Finally found a doctor that is willing to treat me with IVF,but he is giving me a 5% chance. I know this must be horrible to hear. I have been crying every day for now almost 3 weeks and my whole family is crushed by the news. Pls e-mail me and we can stay in touch since we are both so young and going through the same. My old RE told me than I will reach menopause within one year, and that it only happens to 1% of women at this age. I am trying to keep up and be positive and I am very happy to be able to do IVF.
