      After following Top Chef Masters, I can tell you that famed seafood chef Rick Moonen (RM Seafood) and famed French chef Hubert Keller (Fleu de Lys) both have restaurants at Mandalay Bay. I haven't been to either one yet, but I'm definitely planning to!
