Question about P&T ticket promo.

Hi, my name is Andrea and I'm going to be heading out to Las Vegas in a few months to , among other things, see P&T. Anyway, I was wondering if anyone knew if the buy one get one free ticket promo (mentioned in the news section) is available online or if you have to order by phone.
