Welcome to the Penn and Teller bulletin board, a great place to keep in touch with
fellow Penn & Teller fans or ask questions about the guys. We welcome your thoughts!
Dude, if I ever become famous, I am burning ALL my childhood pictures immediately. I refuse to ever have anyone see what I looked like before I turned 18. There is NOTHING cute about a sailor suit. That's just child cruelty at it's most refined. Taking embarrassing pictures to torment people psychologically with later. Just wrong. :P That said Teller sure was cu--*is gagged by other Teller fans*
This is hilarious. It looks like all of them are from that documentary about Penn & Teller..what's it called..uhm..Bravo Profiles thingy..
I absolutley love that portrait of Penn, that bright pic with his hair down haha. He looks so adorable.
What great pictures! A couple I've seen before, but most were new to me. I loved that! I was wondering how many schoolgirls sat in Teller's class and doodled "I <3 Mr. Teller", "Mrs. Teller", "Mr. And Mrs. Teller" "(insert name) Teller", all over their notebooks. lol.
I don't know what Teller's voice would have been like back then but I can't imagine it would have changed as dramatically as Penn's voice has over years.
Here's a link you might have seen but for those who haven't
The voice you are hearing is a 27 year old Penn Jillette. It lacks the croakiness that we are used to (except when he laughes). Which leads me to speculate whether a) the recording equipment is not doing a very good job of picking up on Penn's characteristic hoarse tones or b) the fact that Penn has been talking non-stop for a further 27 years since that recording has nakerd his vocal chords.
Cheers
