New and I have questions

Hey everyone! I'm new to posting here and I had a question for anyone who might know.
I was having a discussion with someone and talked about Penn Jillette and how I think his views are great because we share some of the same ideas. The other person in the conversation thought it was funny because I'm a Christian and Penn Jillette is a hard line atheist.
Has Penn every just outright said that people are stupid because they choose to be Christians? I've seen him present his viewpoints about religion on P&T Bullshit but I've never heard him specifically bash other people for their choices in what they want to believe.
Any help and especially a video or transcript would be much appreciated. Thanks!

I ended up watching it and loved what he had to say. Thanks for pointing that out to me!

Penn thinks that Christians and other religious people are wrong, but he doesn't belittle them. He only insults people when they use their viewpoints to harass or take advantage of other people, as is seen on Bullshit.

Penn's a good guy; he's bound for Atheist Heaven (whatever that is).

Jim,
There is really no such thing as "Atheist Heaven". The closest thing is the memory of those that one leaves behind. Having said that, I think that Penn will be well remembered by those that "get it". Hell, I even gave my son the same middle name as Penn out of respect for the impact that he has had on my worldview and my morality.

The fact that there is a little Canadian kid running around with the middle name "Fraser" might not be much, but at least it's real and it's proof that Penn made a difference to someone.

Cheers,
Paul
