Am finishing up season 6 DVDs: vintage P&T and entertaining to the max. The episode on NASA was a breakthrough of sorts--it would be good to see more shows about things we accept as mainstream but actually have some faulty joints. The prison system and credit card issuers come to mind here. Also the time we spend in front of screens--something Orwellian about it, I think.

One suggestion: stay away from Sedona. New agers are their own best parodists. They're low hanging fruit.

How about an episode comparing psychotherapy with prostitution? Both are about feeling better via paying for a short term friend. Or the suggested episode on Jungians?

I thought about suggesting an episode on the Republican party (quite entertaining of themselves right now) but the larger issue is how did busybodyism insert itself into the political process, and whose needs are really addressed. I suspect many social crusaders are without meaningful lives of their own.

Worth considering I think.

A psychotherapist is someone you pay to say things you don't want to hear, and your friends won't tell you. A prostitute is someone you pay to say (and do) things you want to hear and your friends won't tell (do to) you.
