Seriously? Saving energy and money, especially in our crap economy, is rubbing people the wrong way? As long as your knickers aren't in my yard, I could care less where you hang 'em. I mean, if I gotta look at someone's dingy drawers over the top of their saggy pants, I'm not gonna whine about clean ones hanging to drip dry. I swear, the public gets dumber by the minute.
I'd love to see Penn & Teller cover Home Rule, or Municipal code. If you have ever read parts of the International Building codes that many cities are adopting, you would shit! (They keep revising the codes it won't be long before we American's are told what day to mow our grass and how short to cut it, and what days to water it) Home Rule is just a way to rip away more of our constitutional rights. What happened to the constitution? These Municipalities are making their own rules, their own courts & their own punishments. What happened to due process? I've been a victim of the municipal powers, as the saying goes. You can't fight city hall??? It's pure Bull S...t! HELP wake Americans up before its too late!
