wow that sounds superb go for it
this is what I do..ive been doing this for bout 2 months now around 430 i start to...
-Run on the tredmill for bout 2 miles
-Do other various abb excersises
-Kicking each leg hopefully for 200 kicks each leg (if i feel like it)
-inversion hanging for at least 10-15mins
-eat dinner and drink a protein shake and take a multivitamin supplement
And i have really grown. A little over an inch doing this BTW im 16..havnt grown though in a year so this has to be why im growing
