ugh eat breakfast i guess i can i usually skip that lol i will eat right i will eat right i will eat right lol i think i am going to add some of the tea bo in with the pilates and do that so that can be my workout the pilates tape that i got is mainly stretching and as that is good i need to do the other too i am not so much concerned with losing weight i am fine there i just want to tone things up like the caboose and the tummy area lol so any ideas on helping that are out would be great
