Hello!!! I hadn't been online for a few days...busy!!!! So, I'm glad you got my posts re: exercise. Again, I'm no expert, but you must eat in order for your body to burn the right things. Results won't happen right away. Your body has to get used to your "new" ways of eating and exercising. Just be patient....it will happen. Hey, I have no room to talk!!! I do eat three meals a day and snacks, but I'm also eating JUNK!!! I love sweets!!!! I'm not overweight, but would also like to tone things up a bit!!! I'm 5'8" and about 140ish!!! So, I'm o.k. but would like to trim some inches...esp. in the hip area..or caboos, as it's been referred to HA HA HA!!!
Let me know how all is going!

I went the wrong way of losing a couple pounds, first my kids and Joe got the flu, then I got it. So, I'm down to 140. I'm finally feeling better tonight, but bored. TV is all reruns, and Joe's at the office since he has tomorrow off.
Anyway, I was doing the Tae Bo 4-5 times last week, I was really proud of myself. Then I've only done the 30 minute one once this week. But it's been one hell of a week, let me tell ya!
I still can't get myself to eat before I do the one hour, I'll puke. It's just way too strenuous. I'll just have to burn the calories from the night before, if that will work.
If I were two inches taller at the same weight, I wouldn't be complaining either, dear! I tend to bulk up when I exercise, instead of lose a lot of weight, and actually look thin. But I guess if nothing wiggles, then I'd be happy! LOL
