IF that is what you mean, i think that will have the opposite effect that we should hope to achieve. it would then be ONLY outside shots at that time and no more inside goals.
is it true that they were going to change this rule last year but neglected to because of nationals? is it a shoe-in for junior and senior or do i have to keep coming on here and whining about it?
