We're starting a brand new school(Track Program) at Del Norte and we're looking for assistant coaches in EVERY event. Del Norte is starting this year with only Frosh-Soph students. We will have approximately 800 students this year with about 570 of those being Freshman. Our athletes will be eligible for League and CIF competition this year, but we will not be fielding a Varsity team per say. Our dual meets will be against other North County Frosh/JV teams. We have an amazing facility that features a 9 lane all-weather track and synthetic turf field.
We're open to all applicants and hope to have a coaching staff solidified well before Spring track begins.
Stipends will depend on experience and level of time commitment and decided on an individual basis.
