Sorry, I sent you my incorrect email address. We have been off line since November when an electic storm caused a serge through our external modem blowing it up. A replacement modem did not work either in which case we presumed that there was some damage caused to our computer as well. After much checking we have found out that the replacement modem (bought on ebay)was also faulty and purchased another one yesterday.
