Snowball 2009 Help

Hey,

I saw the post on PBN regarding the Snowball event coming up. I have a few questions about it, and would really appreciate you taking the time to answer them.

How man teams do you expect to attend?
Who will be reffing the event?
Is this a fundraiser for your teams, or just a field hosted event?
How many tournaments do you usually host a year?

The reason I am asking is because I have been to a few tournaments that were extremely poorly run, to the point that I wish I hadn't come out that day (running 3 hours behind schedule, refs talking to friends in staging area during games, etc.). I would just like to ensure that doesn't happen and the tournament is well run. My team and I travel to several fields to play anything from 3 man tournaments to scenario events, and we would love to head out to your place at the end of the month. Please let me know.
