Here's a new one, plain and simple:

Make a Mobile Citizen character.

The more fleshed-out, the better, HAS TO BE NEOTOPIAN. No no- or zako-busshi, no Pawn Leos. Can be the humanoid, ball, or vaguely-Weeble-esque variety. Art not necessary. Have fun!
