You and Meredith are friends, right? her little sister gets in the way. hmmm... ok, first thing you wanna do is to get her little sister to like you, not 'like' like you, but just like you as a friend. what kinda things is Meredith's little sister into? does she like video games? what? how old is Meredith's sister? you also need to see if there are any other guys that Meredith is 'interested' in. If so you'll need to get Meredith's attention off of them and on you. do this by making sure to give her gifts on her birthday, on christmas, on easter, on any holiday or special day, really. Now girls usually like it better if you MAKE the gift instead of buying it. Do you know of anything that you could make. if Meredith already knows that you like her then it will probably be a bit harder, i don't know.
if you can, I would try to find out if Meredith likes you by asking her little sister, Lucy.
A plan that will work sometimes is to try to be friends with her parents. always look good in front of them. DO NOT be caught doing anything bad in front of them. give them gifts every holiday or on their anniversary or birthday. when they finally start to like you a lot, they will talk to Meredith about going out with a 'polite young man' like yourself.
That plan may not work if she don't listen to her parents that much, and the plan don't work every single time, anyway, but I'd say that it's worth a shot.

I am Baptized and Confirmed a Christian, and the Roman Catholic church is a part of my life.
Further, I find that historical geology and the theory of evolution supports the existence of God, rather than conflicts with it. For me, it is just another source of faith.
