In one-sided groups I usually just request the lagging/confining skills ..hobble/dirt/bash/trip etc. Knights really hated Lonova's trip, but you know what, it only does a graze. Win is pretty easy with those if you're doing the most damage. Spellcasters should be leading the group for chasing, while you spam the laggers to initiate fighting. Otherwise your spellcaster will end up tanking or your initiate is wasted.
Remember when people's health gets low, they start using wimpy, murdering isnt really good then, charge instead if you can see opening.
Have Phaladrin "lead" for inspiration crusade, that's buff, I dont know if you actually did that or not, just guessing you didn't.
