Well, We are just a few Scougalls in this contry, but from the early 1900's Scougalls came to this contry directly from Scotland. He Stablished in Puebla City, and the family has been there since those years... In this contry there are no more than 10 or 15 Scougalls. My mother Maria Eugenia Scougall has been researching...
