Does anyone have a problem with the hair in the back, against their neck always breaking? I just got a hair cut @ 2 weeks ago. Cut of the dry and unhealthy, and it looked great. I checked out the underlayer and it was healthy, no splits, nothing. Now I'm noticing about 1 inch up that my hair is ready to break. I get those white spots on my hair where it's ready to break (as always). But it is only the underlayer. I use a leave in conditioner, but still it doesn't help. Any suggestions as to why it's happening and how I can stop it? THANKS!
