For about 1 month and a half I have been taking prenatal vitamins. I just recently started taking Biotin, which I know is great for your hair.
I was wondering... is too much Biotin bad. I'm not gonna over dose on Biotin, but it says that I can take up to 3 pills a day (800 mcg per pill). Would this be ok? I do it now, and have had no strange side affects
