Scott Mutter in a high school classroom

I am a high school Advanced Placement English teacher. I have almost every Scott Mutter poster (in the largest size I can find) and calendar, and I put them on my bulletin boards in my classroom to stimulate class discussion. I often use his work as prompts for writing assignments. My seniors students often ask about Scott Mutter works that they remember seeing in my room when they were freshmen. They want to see the old ones as well as the new ones. His work is always thought provoking and stimulating no matter how many times we have seen it. His photos are works of art that we want to study, and his texts indicate that the images he puts together have significant meaning beyond the aesthetic.

Hi, Linda--
Thanks for your message. I'll be sharing your comment with Scott.
He has a new series of exhibition prints available and we would like to put together a traveling museum show that could be made available for student groups. If anyone has ideas about potential sponsors for such a project, please let us know!
